"Meatloaf"
This meatloaf is really good. I've had many good meatloaf in my day, but this is darn good stuff! DO RECOMMEND!

"This is the worst experience EVER"
This is the worst experience EVER! I received a text that they would ve at my house today between 12 and 3. So i leave work early so i can ve home to meet the driver. Then i get pushed back to 3 to 6. So still no delivery driver. Call back. Told definitely before 7pm he was in route and i am definitely on the route. Never showed, after all of these calls and guarantees, literally i was just being put off in hopes he would show up! Missed work, agents at customer service blatantly lie to you! Thanks for causing me to miss out on hours today with your lies. It may have cost me that money on my paycheck, but i just saved about 350 that was on my list to spend. You should have better capabilities than what you do or shall i say claim that you dont have! I will probably never order with you again after this experience and I would not recommend anyone else do either!

"Nope!"
First of all, Schwans was supposed to had been at my residence today between noon at 3pm. So at 130 i call, i am told they will be here by 3. Okay cool. So 330 rolls around, still nothing. I call again, they say you are on the roster, and i can see the driver hasnt made a stop in 20 minutes and apologize for them being late. I left work early to meet with them! They dont care about anyone elses pockets but their own! They dont know where their drivers are? Like what? How do you not know where YOUR vehicles are at on the road running a business like that? You can see the last stop they made and thats it? You cant get ahold of your drivers? I find that somewhat unbelievable!

"Unreliable, poor customer service, no email communication."
After ordering from Schwans.com for about two yrs now, I placed an order in March that never showed. They rescheduled and didn't show again. I then got an email that it had been delivered and they charged my card. After calling them they said they would deliver April 5th.
Of course they didn't show up! I will never do business with them again. Requested full refund

"Schwan's used to be good, but not any more"
I have been a customer of Schwan's for over ten years, and I was always satisfied and often delighted, but not any more. Since they began "transitioning to Yelloh", the quality of the food has steadily declined. In my last order, which really will be my last order, the food was terribly disappointing. The beer battered cod had almost no cod in it, and the batter had the flavor and texture of wet cardboard. The Philly style beef was like wet cardboard, too, and it made me so sick that I vomited. The sesame chicken was so sweet that I couldn't eat it, and I like sweet foods. The chicken broccoli and mushrooms with rice was mostly rice, with only two fragments of mushroom and a few tiny bits of broccoli. There was enough chicken, about 6 bites, but it should have had less rice and more mushrooms and broccoli. I have tried to call their customer service, but they play that recorded message that they have too many calls and I will have to wait on hold for an hour. I couldn't find any way to chat, text or email them. I am done with them.

"Apple Pie"
Tried what I thought was going to be a delicious apple pie like I remembered. Boy! Was that a bad idea. It appeared smaller and top crust didn't look appetizing (more like cardboard). Recommended heating temperature too low was the first clue. Crust texture was more like cardboard just like it looked. Tasted about how one would think cardboard might taste! Then, the apples…nothing like the original pies in taste or texture! Bland, near tasteless. Normally, one had to force oneself not to eat the whole thing when piping hot. Now, it was so easy to step away and leave it. Just a sad ending to what should have been the enjoyment of a great dessert. And, to ad insult to injury, the price was extremely high for a less than third rate dessert.

"So much for Schwans....."
I haven't received an order since Schwan's stopped having drivers. My latest order has not come-- payment has cleared the bank.(shipping cost more than the food). Now I find it is in a different town to be picked up. Schwan's used to do good business in this area. I suspect many have given up, as I will.

"Refund"
Took money from my account that they were told NOT to and now I still have not gotten a refund. Continue to give me the run around! I will NEVER shop with this company again!

"What a great Schwan's employee"
We were out walking when we spotted a Schwan's truck. We approached the driver wanting to purchase precooked hamburgers. The gal, Dani, was friendly, engaging and accommodating to our order. An exceptional employee as Dani represents the company with pride and positive attitude.

"I ordered 5 items"
I ordered 5 items. Schwan's added 10 additional items to my order totaling over $200.00. So I tried again the next day again ordering 5 items and once again there was an additional item that I did not order. There system is so screwed up. Then trying to get my rewards deducted was another ordeal. I could have went to the grocery store quicker. This will be my last order.

"NO MORE PRINTED CATALOGG?"
Since Schwans can no longer afford to supply catalogs, need to order online, how will they keep customers that do not own or unable to use a computer, Seems that they will lose many customers, Poor decisions.

"Stay away"
I ordered some product on Dec.21 I was immediately sent an email saying I would be contacted within 2 days and be notified of my delivery never happened. I finally called a week later, and delivery was set up for Dec 28 On that day it was canceled late in the afternoon and set up for Jan 11 I have repeatedly contacted support and never got any answers. I immediately tried one of the dinners when I finally received my order on Jan 11 I am fairly sure the meat loaf had mode on it and I threw it out

Beware of schwan's Loveland Colorado not to mention anybody in their customer service they will not call you back you can be disabled vet you could be hurt their driver can sexually assault your wife GRAB INAPPROPRIATELY and they don't care they are the worst company in the world caution Richard out of Loveland Colorado is a poor poor supervisor anybody in this corporation that reads this you should have your driver arrested and Richard Loveland Colorado with him for condoning this behavior!@

"Ordered December 12th items for…"
Ordered December 12th items for Christmas dinner. Said will receive December 22nd. A bit close but ok. It was shipped December 22nd UPS and will not be received until December 27th. Too late for Christmas.
Will close my account will not order from them again and will not recommend to friends and family. Very dissatisfied

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at schwan's?

“All you have to do is go to the very bottom of the landing page. You'll see a contact us option. You can use call or chat, those these days chat esp is backlogged.”

I have been buying #502 chicken for many years. a year ago you tried other chicken and it was terrible. the last three boxes are not good chicken.
