"Delicious Meatloaf"
This meatloaf is quite tasty. I've tried a bunch of decent meatloafs over the years, but this one is really something special! Totally recommend it!

"Absolutely the worst shopping experience!"
I can't believe how terrible this whole situation has been! I got a message saying the delivery would happen today between noon and 3 PM. So, I left work early to be there for the driver. Then, they pushed it back to 3 to 6 PM. Still no sign of the delivery person. I called again and was told he was definitely on his way and I was on the route. But guess what? He never showed up! After all those calls and promises, it felt like I was just being strung along, hoping he would actually arrive. I missed work, and the customer service folks just flat-out lied to me! Thanks for making me lose hours today with your false assurances. Sure, I might have saved some cash on my shopping list, but I also lost about $350 in wages. You really need to step up your game instead of just claiming you can deliver! After this, I doubt I'll ever order from you again, and I wouldn't suggest anyone else do it either!

"Not Impressed!"
To start off, Schwans was meant to swing by my place today between noon and 3pm. So at 1:30, I give them a ring, and they tell me they’ll arrive by 3. Alright, sounds good. But then 3:30 comes, and still no sign of them. I call again, and they inform me that I’m on the list, but the driver hasn’t made a stop in the last 20 minutes. They apologize for the delay. I even left work early to be there for them! It seems like they only care about their own profits! How can they not keep track of their drivers? Seriously, how do you run a business and not know where your vehicles are? They can see the last stop, but that’s it? They can’t reach their drivers? I find that pretty hard to believe!

"Terrible service, no email updates, and unreliable delivery."
I've been ordering from Schwans.com for roughly two years, and in March, I made a purchase that never arrived. They rescheduled but failed to deliver once more. Then, I received an email stating it was delivered, and they charged my card. When I called, they promised delivery on April 5th. Surprise, surprise, they didn’t show up! I’m done with them and have asked for a full refund.

"Schwan's used to be great, but that's changed"
I've been a Schwan's customer for over a decade, and I used to be really happy with their service, but that's not the case anymore. Ever since they started shifting to Yelloh, the food quality has taken a nosedive. My most recent order, which is definitely my last, was a huge letdown. The beer battered cod had hardly any fish in it, and the batter tasted like soggy cardboard. The Philly beef was just as bad, making me feel so ill that I actually threw up. The sesame chicken was way too sweet for my taste, and I usually enjoy sweet stuff. The chicken with broccoli and mushrooms was mostly just rice, with only a couple of tiny mushroom pieces and a few bits of broccoli. There was enough chicken for about six bites, but honestly, it needed way less rice and a lot more veggies. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but all I got was a recorded message saying they were too busy and I'd be on hold for ages. I couldn't find any option to chat, text, or email them. I'm officially done with Schwan's.

"Disappointing Apple Pie Experience"
I gave this apple pie a shot, thinking it would be as tasty as the ones I used to enjoy. Wow! What a mistake that turned out to be. It looked smaller, and the top crust was uninviting—more like cardboard than anything else. The suggested heating temp was way too low, which was my first hint something was off. The crust felt just as unappealing as it appeared. The flavor? Well, it tasted about as good as cardboard would! And the apples… they were nothing like the classic pies I remember, lacking both flavor and texture. Usually, I’d have to hold myself back from devouring the whole thing when it was fresh out of the oven. This time, it was a breeze to walk away from it. Just a real letdown for what should’ve been a delightful treat. To top it all off, the price was sky-high for such a subpar dessert.

"Disappointment with Schwan's Service"
I haven't gotten an order since Schwan's quit using drivers. My most recent order hasn't arrived—payment has gone through the bank. (Shipping was pricier than the food itself.) Now I see it's in another town for pickup. Schwan's used to be solid in this area. I reckon a lot of folks have thrown in the towel, and I'm about to join them.

"Awesome Schwan's Staff Member"
While we were out for a stroll, we noticed a Schwan's truck. We went up to the driver to buy some precooked burgers. The lady, Dani, was super friendly, engaging, and really helpful with our request. Dani is truly an outstanding employee who showcases the company with pride and a great attitude.

"My Experience with Ordering"
I placed an order for 5 items. Schwan's ended up adding 10 more items to my cart, bringing the total to over $200.00. So, I gave it another shot the next day, ordering 5 items again, and guess what? There was yet another item included that I didn’t ask for. Their system is really messed up. Plus, trying to get my rewards taken off was a whole other hassle. Honestly, I could've just gone to the grocery store and been done with it faster. This is definitely my last order.

With Schwans no longer able to provide catalogs, folks gotta order online. But what about those who don’t have a computer or can’t use one? Looks like they might be losing a bunch of customers. Not the best move, if you ask me.

"Avoid This Seller"
I placed an order on December 21 and got an email right away saying I’d hear back in a couple of days about my delivery, but that never happened. After waiting a week, I called and they scheduled my delivery for December 28. On that day, they canceled it late in the afternoon and pushed it to January 11. I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times but never received any responses. When I finally got my order on January 11, I decided to try one of the dinners. I’m pretty sure the meatloaf had mold on it, so I just tossed it.

"Richard, the Worst Supervisor Ever"
Watch out for Schwan's in Loveland, Colorado, and their customer service team. They won't return your calls, no matter what your situation is. You could be a disabled vet or dealing with injuries, and it won't matter. Their driver might even act inappropriately towards your wife, and they just don’t care. This company is the absolute worst! Richard, who oversees things in Loveland, is a terrible supervisor. Anyone from this company reading this should seriously consider having that driver arrested, along with Richard for letting this kind of behavior slide!

"Items Ordered for Christmas Dinner"
I placed an order on December 12th for items needed for Christmas dinner. They promised delivery by December 22nd, which was cutting it a bit close, but I was fine with that. However, it ended up shipping on December 22nd via UPS, and now I won’t get it until December 27th. That’s way too late for Christmas! I'm done with this place; I’m closing my account and won’t be ordering from them again. Definitely not recommending them to my friends and family. Super disappointed.
